The project is a 4 metre high sandstone block retaining wall which contains more than 5000 blocks. It supports a housing development on the border between the Brisbane suburbs of Hemmant and Wynnum West.

The site was comprised on some meters of fill which was to be retained, so before a sandstone block was built, a foundation needed to be prepared.
