The Hills Residences

The Hills Residences is a housing development in the Northside Brisbane suburb of Everton Hills. The development presents a collection of contemporary terrace homes surrounding a landscaped central park and adjoining a large nature reserve.

The terrain called for a number of structural retaining walls up to a maximum height of 5.5 metres and Cornerstone Boulder Walls was  commissioned to construct these walls using random sandstone boulders.

Cornerstone Boulder Walls involvement:

  • structural retaining walls to a height of 5.5 metres
  • architectural landscaping with small retaining walls and step surrounds
  • erosion control in the surrrounding natural bushland
